Overview
All items sold by Drukar.ca are produced using FDM 3D printing technology and, unless otherwise stated, are made to order. Due to the custom and on-demand nature of 3D-printed products, all sales are final, except as required under applicable Ontario consumer protection laws.
No Returns / No Refunds on Custom & Made-to-Order Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items printed in a custom size, colour, material, or finish
- Personalized items (text, logo, names, symbols)
- Items printed specifically at the customer’s request
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Manufacturing Tolerances & Cosmetic Variations (Important)
By purchasing a 3D-printed item, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Visible layer lines, surface texture, and minor imperfections are normal
- Slight colour variations may occur due to filament batches
- Dimensional tolerances of ±0.5–1.0 mm may occur depending on model geometry
- Cosmetic marks inherent to FDM printing do not constitute defects
- These characteristics are not considered flaws or grounds for refunds.
Defective or Damaged Items
Despite the above, we will provide a remedy if an item:
- Arrives damaged during shipping
- Has a clear manufacturing defect that affects functionality
- Was significantly misrepresented compared to the product description
Claims must:
- Be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photo evidence
- Include the order number
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in claim denial.
Remedies (At Our Discretion)
If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following, at our sole discretion:
- Replacement of the item
- Repair
- Partial refund
- Store credit
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued when a replacement or repair is not reasonable.
Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size or colour chosen by the customer
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, heat exposure, chemicals, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Items returned without authorization
- Items returned more than 48 hours after delivery notification
Sale Items
Sale, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items confirmed to be defective or damaged during shipping. Do not ship items back without written authorization.
Shipping & Returns
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
- Trackable shipping is strongly recommended
Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded.
Legal Compliance (Ontario)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002. This policy applies only to the extent permitted by law.
